Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g cheese, Emmental
- 400 g meat sausage
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 2 carrots
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 onions
- ½ garlic clove(s), peeled, pressed
- 5 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp, levelled vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- Salt
- pepper
- Chives, in rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes
Cut the cheese into small pieces. Skin the sausage, halve it lengthwise, and slice it. Trim and wash the radishes. Trim, peel, and wash the carrots. Cut both ingredients into very thin slices. Wash and dry the tomatoes, remove the stem ends, and cut the tomatoes into eighths. Peel and slice the onions. For the sauce, combine the garlic with the oil, vinegar, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper and toss with the salad ingredients. Let the salad marinate well, then serve sprinkled with chives.
