Chocolate liqueur with coffee

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ liter of vodka or other high-proof spirit
  • ½ liter of milk 3.5 percent
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bar of chocolate (block chocolate)
  • 500 g powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk
  • 125 ml coffee, cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the milk and vanilla sugar to a boil, remove from the heat, and melt the chopped chocolate while stirring. Sift in the powdered sugar, stir in, and let the milk mixture cool. Then carefully stir in the cold coffee, canned milk, and alcohol. Using a funnel, pour the liqueur into clean bottles and let it steep in the refrigerator for a few days. I can’t say exactly how long it will keep in the refrigerator (it always disappears too quickly), but it should last a few weeks.
