Ralf's 'White Chocolate Liqueur'

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g white chocolate (couverture or chocolate bar)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 ml whiskey
  • 100 ml white rum
  • 300 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath. (The microwave isn’t really suitable for this amount, so you should really make the effort and melt it over hot water.) First, stir the cream into the completely melted chocolate, then stir in the whiskey and rum. Top up with milk, up to one liter of liqueur, and stir everything thoroughly. Bottle and refrigerate. If the bottle has a thinner neck, some milk fat may settle to the top after standing for a while. Simply shake well before pouring, and you’re good to go.
