Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of pudding powder, to taste
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 liter of schnapps (grain)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the pudding mix with the milk, sugar, and salt. Let it cool slightly while stirring. Taste to see if it’s sweet enough; if not, add a little more sugar. Then beat with a mixer and slowly mix in the cornstarch. Keeps in the refrigerator for about 3 weeks.
