Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 egg yolks
- 140 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Fat for the mold
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g nuts, ground
- 20 g candied lemon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Cream the butter until fluffy. Add the sugar, egg, and egg yolks and continue stirring. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir to create a batter. For the filling, beat the egg whites until stiff, then stir in the sugar. Carefully fold in the ground nuts and candied lemon peel. Grease an oblong baking dish. Pour in the batter first, then the filling on top. Baking time: 75 min. Temperature: 175°C (top/bottom heat), bottom rack.
