Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 beetroot, cooked, vacuum packed
- 1 apple, green, preferably Granny Smith
- 1 walnuts
- 6 Celery
- 2 spring onions
- some honey
- some olive oil
- 2 tbsp horseradish, from the jar
- 3 tbsp cream cheese, natural
- 2 tbsp grapefruit juice or lemon juice
- some Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Thinly slice the celery and spring onions crosswise, slice the apple into thin strips, chop the walnuts, roast them in a pan, and add them. Thinly slice the beetroot and marinate briefly with a little olive oil, grapefruit juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Combine the horseradish with the cream cheese. Mix everything thoroughly in a bowl. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese, if desired.
