Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 335 g marzipan
  • 170 g sugar
  • 50 g nuts, ground
  • 35 g semolina
  • 2 egg whites
  • sesame
  • Sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Alkersum horse droppings

Mix the marzipan, sugar, ground nuts, and semolina thoroughly. Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully add them to the mixture. Knead everything well, cut the dough into small balls (approx. 50g) and roll them in a mixture of sesame and sunflower seeds. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 10-15 minutes at 200°C. Once cooled, decorate with chocolate if desired.
