  • 200 g Soft butter
  • 4 Egg yolks, fresh
  • 100 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 100 g Sifted powdered sugar
  • 200 g Sifted flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Lemon peel
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection).
  2. Put the butter, egg yolks and marzipan mixture (all at room temperature) in a bowl and stir well. Work in lemon peel (to taste).
  3. Sieve the powdered sugar, stir until smooth and now sieve the flour and add the salt. Process all ingredients into a dough.
  4. Pour the marzipan biscuit batter into a 40 mm piping bag and place on the baking sheet. With the piping bag you can put the dough in a shape of your choice on the tray.
  5. Bake at 200 ° C for about 8-10 minutes. After baking, let it cool down and cover with chocolate.
