Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 chili peppers, halved

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Heat the oil, chili pepper, and garlic in a deep pan over low heat until the garlic is browned. Strain everything through a sieve. This can be used for frying, but you can also drizzle the oil over finished dishes.
