  • 4 eggplant(s)
  • 1 pinch of chili powder or chili flakes
  • Salt
  • turmeric
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the eggplants lengthwise, sprinkle with turmeric and salt, and fry in a pan with oil seasoned with chili powder or chili flakes until tender. Serve either as a starter with tzatziki or as a main course with rice.
