Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
- 1 jar sausages (Vienna sausages)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow, chopped
- 1 pack of spaghetti or other pasta
- 4 dashes of Tabasco
- salt and pepper
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
own idea
First, prepare the spaghetti (or other pasta) according to the package instructions. Add the passata to a pot and heat over medium heat. Finely chop the sausages, finely chop the bell peppers, add them to the passata, and simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and Tabasco, and bring to a boil briefly. Transfer the pasta to a plate and pour the sauce over it.
