Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 50 g sugar
  • Salt
  • e.g. milk
  • 2 apples
  • oil

Whisk together egg yolks, flour, sugar, salt, and pudding mix with enough milk to make a batter that’s not too runny. Peel the apples, slice them thinly, and add them to the batter. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them in. Heat the oil in a pan and cook the pancakes until golden brown. Tips: Can be sprinkled with sugar before serving. Also delicious with applesauce.
