Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 2 bananas
- 40 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 80 g oat flour
- 45 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 250 ml water
- 200 ml milk
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Puree the bananas with a hand blender for 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a regular hand mixer for 1 minute. Heat the oil in a pan and add a ladleful of batter to each pancake. Flip the pancakes once.
