Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (pomegranate)
- 1 pinch of Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp cranberries
- 1 small onion(s), red
- salt and pepper
- some grenadine
- some parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for all leaf salads
Mix the balsamic vinegar and mustard thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper, and syrup. Add the olive oil and whisk vigorously. Add the remaining ingredients and stir in. Season to taste. I had Lollo Rosso as a salad. It also goes well with roasted fillet strips or turkey breast.
