Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g bacon, finely diced
- 50 ml water
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 tbsp sugar

Fry the bacon in a small pan. Deglaze with water and vinegar, add salt and sugar. Bring to a boil briefly and stir. Let cool. Serve lukewarm over the salad and mix thoroughly.
