Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ liter cream
  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 2 tbsp honey, or more
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 60 g chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Chocolate-flavored dessert

Combine all ingredients, except the cream and chocolate sprinkles, and mix thoroughly. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold in the chocolate sprinkles. Pour into dessert glasses and refrigerate until ready to serve.
