Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 50 g feta cheese
- 75 ml balsamic vinegar (strawberry)
- 150 ml olive oil
- salt and pepper

excellent with all leaf salads
Mash the feta cheese very finely with a fork (the finer the better) and mix it with the vinegar. Slowly add the olive oil, stirring constantly with a whisk. Stir until the olive oil is completely blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste. The feta cheese helps the dressing stick beautifully to the lettuce leaves. You don’t need much dressing, as it’s very flavorful.
