Apple and carrot salad with cinnamon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 apples
  • 6 carrots
  • 50 g raisins
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 75 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the apples, wash the carrots, and grate both into a bowl. Add the raisins and lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Pour over the milk. Adjust the amount according to your taste and the desired sauce quantity. Let stand briefly. Then sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon over the salad and mix well. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a while, or eat right away.
