Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup of quark, can also be low-fat quark
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche
- 1 bunch of chives
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Sour Cream Style
In a bowl, thoroughly mix the quark, sour cream, and crème fraîche. Finely chop the chives with scissors, press the fresh garlic, and add both. Season with salt and pepper to taste and let it chill in the refrigerator for about an hour. It goes well with steaks and baked potatoes, for grilling, or, as we like, with a fresh mixed salad and chicken wings.
