Tortellini salad with cheese and pineapple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g tortellini with cheese filling
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental), in one piece
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 1 can pineapple, pieces
  • 1 small jar of mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp, leveled mustard, sweet
  • 2 tsp, leveled mustard, hot
  • 1 pinch of sambal oelek
  • 1 tbsp natural yogurt
  • some pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the cheese tortellini according to the instructions. Cut the Emmental and mozzarella into small pieces. Drain the pineapple, reserving the juice. Mix the mayonnaise and yogurt with the pineapple juice, pepper, mustard, and sambal oelek. Place everything in a bowl and mix. Stir in the dressing while the tortellini is still warm.
