Mug apple pie

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pot of natural yogurt, 200 g
  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 apples
  • some sugar
  • possibly cinnamon
  • Butter, for the mold
  • Flour , for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 55 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Empty a cup of natural yogurt into a bowl, rinse the cup, and use it to measure the remaining ingredients. Add the oil, sugar, flour, and baking powder to the bowl one at a time and mix well with a hand or electric whisk. Pour the thick batter into a buttered and floured springform pan. Peel and core the apples, cut them into wedges, and place them in the cake. Bake in the center of the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 55 minutes. About 10 minutes before the end of the baking time, sprinkle sugar or cinnamon sugar over the cake and return it to the oven. If the cake is getting too dark, cover it with aluminum foil for the remainder of the baking time. If desired, you can sprinkle powdered sugar over it at the end. My son’s favorite cake is gone in a flash, anytime, anywhere.
