Pasta salad with peppers and apples

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g spiral noodles
  • 1 class jar salad cream (Miracle Whip Balance)
  • 1 can peas and carrots
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 apples
  • 200g Gouda
  • some salt and pepper
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • e.g. radishes, optional
  • possibly parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the instructions, dice the apples, bell peppers, and cheese, and drain the peas and carrots through a sieve. Let the pasta cool slightly, then mix everything well. If you like, add some parsley. A variation with radishes also tastes good and gives the salad even more “bite.”
