Peaches in a cream nest

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 can peach(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well with a whisk or hand mixer. Whisk the cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the quark mixture. Pipe the quark into dessert bowls using a piping bag. Place a peach half on top of each serving and pipe a nice border. Tip: This can also be done without a piping bag and with other fruit.
