Fruits in the snow

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 125 g grapes
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • some maple syrup
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g natural yogurt, 1.5% fat content
  • 6 tbsp, leveled raw cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and slice the banana. Wash, core, and slice the apple. Wash, core, and halve the grapes. Remove the seeds if necessary. In a bowl, combine the fruit with lemon juice and syrup to your taste and set aside. Mix the cream ingredients by hand in a second bowl. We recommend not using a mixer, as this will make the cream too runny. Then prepare 6 small dessert glasses and divide the fruit mixture between them. Pour the cream on top and garnish as desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Tip: Honey can also be used instead of maple syrup.
