- 1 bottle of white wine
- 1 bottle of sparkling wine

Let the woodruff wilt overnight, then soak it in the wine with a sprig of peppermint for about 4-6 hours. Chill the sparkling wine while you do this. Remove the woodruff from the wine and add the sparkling wine. Add a slice of lemon when serving. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
