Sparkling strawberry punch

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 sprig(s) of mint, or the peel of a lemon
  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine
  • 1 small bottle(s) of lemonade, bitter or herbal lemonade 0.1 l (e.g. Crodino)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

Place a strawberry piece in an ice cube tray, cover with water, and freeze. Hull and finely chop the remaining strawberries, and toss them with the sugar in a bowl. Tear the mint leaves or, if you like, zest or peel the lemon zest. Pour into a large bowl (glass jar) along with the wine, sparkling wine, and bitter lemonade. Add the marinated strawberries and chill. When serving, add a strawberry ice cube to each glass, fill with the punch, and enjoy! Cheers!
