Strawberry punch with pear and lemon balm

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 ml sparkling wine, semi-dry
  • 350 ml water (pear and lemon balm water)
  • 350 ml water
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 3 lemons
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • mint
  • ice cubes

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

easy, fast, summer

Dice the strawberries and squeeze the lemons and oranges. Pour everything into a saucepan and season with pear and lemon balm infusion, water, and sugar to taste. Add mint, if available, and chill. Serve in glasses, adding ice cubes as needed. The punch tastes twice as good the next day, of course, but after an hour it should be refreshingly cold and ready to eat.
