Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bags of jelly, lemon
  • 1,000 ml water
  • 200 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

Prepare the jelly according to the package instructions. The night before, fill as many small jars as you expect children to eat with the jelly. The amount will depend on the size of the jars. Pour approximately 1/4 of the liquid jelly into a mixing bowl and let it set. In the morning, whip the jelly in the bowl with an electric whisk until frothy. Spoon this foam into the jars with a teaspoon. It will then resemble beer.
