  • 6 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • powdered sugar

Mix margarine, sugar, flour, eggs, and baking powder into a dough. Add a little more milk if desired. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make a dough from the sugar, butter, flour, and cocoa powder. Tear the dough into crumbs and sprinkle them on top of the cake. Bake the cake at approximately 175 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes. While the cake is still warm, drizzle with the whipped cream. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
