Arabic milk spiced tea

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 4 tbsp black loose tea
  • 1 tsp, heaped cinnamon powder
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 pinch(s) coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • sugar or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the milk in a saucepan while stirring. Then add the black tea and spices and mix well. Let it steep for 5 minutes. Sweeten with sugar or honey and strain. Serve hot.
