  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 200 g goat’s cheese
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 shallot(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Squeeze the lemon. Remove the pit and peel of the avocado, and blend the flesh with the goat cheese and shallot using a hand blender. Season with lemon juice.
