Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 mango(s), ripe, (approx. 300g)
  • 250 ml buttermilk
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Vitamin drink

Peel the mango, cut the flesh into wedges, and remove the stone. Puree it with buttermilk, maple syrup, and lemon juice and pour into jars.
