- 1 liter orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 3 tsp, leveled turmeric root, freshly grated
- 8 ice cubes

Halve the oranges and squeeze the juice. Peel the turmeric root and cut it into small pieces. Mix the turmeric with the orange juice. If you have a blender, you can also combine the juice and turmeric root in it. Finally, add two ice cubes to each glass and pour the orange juice over it. I always drink this juice for breakfast. As an alternative to freshly squeezed orange juice, you can also use orange juice from the supermarket and replace the fresh turmeric root with powder.
