Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 375 ml coconut milk
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt
- 2 peaches
- 1 sprig(s) parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for pasta, rice or poultry
Heat the milk. Stir in the yogurt and season with the spices to taste. Peel the peaches and cut them into wedges. Cook in the sauce with the lid uncovered for about 10 minutes. Clean the parsley, pick off the leaves, and add them to the sauce.
