Spaghetti with orange sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 125 g salami, French, thinly sliced
  • 4 orange(s), juice
  • 50 g butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

fruity alternative to tomato sauce

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling water until al dente. Meanwhile, reduce the orange juice to a syrupy consistency. Add a little salt, but don’t add pepper yet. Drain the spaghetti and toss it in a pan with a little butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve on warmed plates. Add the sauce to the spaghetti and arrange the salami slices on top.
