Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 200 g crème fraîche
- 100 g yogurt, 1.5% fat
- 1 packet of Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- some cinnamon
- some lemon zest
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
with grated lemon peel
Mash the banana with a hand blender and add a pinch of cinnamon. Combine the crème fraîche and yogurt in a bowl. Mix with the sugar, bourbon vanilla sugar, lemon zest, and the mashed banana, and season to taste.
