Goat cheese in aluminum foil

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g cheese (goat cheese, rectangular piece)
  • 100 g bacon
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with bacon, pine nuts and rosemary

Halve the goat cheese if it’s a whole piece. Wrap the bacon evenly on all sides around each piece. Place each piece of cheese on a piece of aluminum foil and place a sprig of rosemary on top. Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper. If you like, add a clove of garlic. Sprinkle with pine nuts and drizzle with plenty of olive oil. Shape the aluminum foil around the cheese into parcels and grill for about 20-25 minutes. You can also grill it in the oven at about 180°C (fan oven).
