Turkey and bacon skewers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 thin turkey cutlets
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 12 sage leaves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season the turkey cutlets with salt and pepper and top each with 3 slices of bacon. Wash and pat dry the sage leaves, then place 3 on each slice of bacon. Roll up the cutlets from the long side and cut diagonally into 4 equal slices. Secure with skewers. Grill thoroughly on both sides.
