Simple salad dressing without oil

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp quark or yogurt
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • dashes lemon juice
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • 1 tsp seasoning mix (salad seasoning)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with quark or yogurt and maple syrup

I prefer to use a shaker jar, such as an old jam jar or something similar. Pour the quark or yogurt into the jar and add the balsamic vinegar, red or white. Either press the garlic or dice it very finely. If you like garlic, use a whole clove, otherwise half. Mix in the lemon juice, pepper, salad seasoning, salt and maple syrup, close the jar and shake vigorously. If the dressing is too thick, you can add a little water and then shake vigorously again. The dressing will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days, but be careful, the garlic infuses it quite well. It goes well with all kinds of salads, especially with fruit.
