Linguine with truffle oil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (linguine)
  • 100 g butter
  • 70 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 100 g spinach
  • 100 g porcini mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp oil (truffle oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thoroughly clean and finely chop the porcini mushrooms and spinach. Then add them to a pan with butter and simmer for 5 minutes. After the linguine has been cooked in plenty of salted water and drained, add it to the pan with the spinach and mushrooms. Then stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and truffle oil. Serve hot!
