Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s), unsprayed
  • 750 ml apple juice, clear
  • 200 ml fruit juice (elderberry)
  • 2 stalk(s) cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

For health-conscious people, without alcohol

After washing and drying the lemon, peel the zest in a spiral pattern and squeeze out the lemon juice. Now gently heat the apple juice with the elderberry juice, lemon juice, lemon zest, and two cinnamon sticks and let it steep over low heat for at least 10 minutes. Strain the contents and serve hot with a piece of lemon zest.
