Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • 1 large bottle(s) of chili sauce (delicatessen)
  • 8 slice(s) ham, raw
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 8 sage leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quick, easy and delicious

You’ll also need 16 wooden skewers. Rinse the turkey cutlets, pat dry, and halve them lengthwise. Then toss them in the chili sauce. Peel the onion and cut them into eighths. Place one cutlet strip on each slice of raw ham. Place an eighth of an onion and a sage leaf on each end and roll them up. Secure each with two wooden skewers. Now grill the turkey cutlets on all sides until the meat is thoroughly cooked. That’s it.
