Ingredients for 15 servings:

  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Mix the sour cream and sour cream in a bowl. Press the garlic cloves into the mixture using a garlic press. Peel the cucumber and grate it into the bowl using a vegetable grater (with small holes). Season with salt, pepper, and vinegar to taste. Let it sit. Chill in the refrigerator, ideally.
