Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 g quark, 20% fat
  • 100 g cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 3 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp chervil, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the quark in a bowl and stir in the cream and lemon juice until smooth. Peel and press the garlic clove, then add it to the quark mixture. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Wash the herbs, pat dry, and finely chop. Reserve some chives for garnish. Mix the remaining herbs into the quark. Let it sit briefly, season with salt, pepper, and garlic if desired, and sprinkle with chives.
