Also a delicious salad dressing

Simply mix all ingredients well, season with salt and pepper, and refrigerate. The dip tastes best after it’s been left to sit for a few hours. We also like to use it as a salad dressing, especially when cooking Middle Eastern dishes. Tip: If you don’t have fresh mint on hand, you can also use about 1 teaspoon of dried mint. The spices should be varied according to your taste.
