Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 liters of juice, of your choice (e.g. red and black currant, gooseberry, apple, cherry, grape)
- 5 oranges
- 4 lemons
- 500 ml tea (fruit tea)
- 2 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 6 cloves, whole
- Sugar, brown or glucose
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Make the fruit tea. Squeeze the oranges and lemons. Combine the fruit juice, orange and lemon juice, fruit tea, cinnamon, cloves, and sugar in a saucepan and heat gently, but do not boil. Strain as needed before serving.
