Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 300 g pasta
  • 100 g ham (Black Forest ham)
  • 100 g pesto, green
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 100 ml water, hot
  • some broth, instant
  • some Parmesan
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, finely chop the onions and cut the ham into small pieces. Fry the onions in a little oil. Before they are cooked, add the ham and fry briefly. Now add the pesto and crème fraîche and stir in. Put a little stock powder in the pesto jar and fill with the hot water. Shake briefly with the lid on and then add to the pan. Drain the tuna and then crumble it into the pan. Now reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 5 minutes. Three minutes before the end of the cooking time, add a little Parmesan to the sauce. Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired. The dish hardly needs any seasoning, as its components are already very spicy.
