Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 eggs
- some oil
- 100 g cooked ham
- 1 can of tuna
- 100 g processed cheese (herb)
- e.g. parsley
- pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta as directed on the package. Chop the garlic and parsley and add them to a bowl with the cream. Separate the eggs and mix the yolks with the cream. Dice the ham and fry it in a little oil in a pan. Add the previously prepared sauce. Bring to a boil and stir in the cream cheese. Once the cheese is fully combined with the sauce, add the tuna. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
