Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle or regular pasta
- 200 g smoked salmon or Serrano ham
- 200 g basil pesto
- 1 handful of tomatoes, dried
- 1 handful of Parmesan
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with smoked salmon or Serrano ham
Cook the pasta in lightly salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and divide among plates. Top with the basil pesto, the shredded salmon or ham, a few sun-dried tomatoes, and finally, the shaved Parmesan cheese.
