Sour cream with garlic

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the sour cream into a bowl. Squeeze the garlic clove and add it to the herbs. Mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with diced carrots or bell peppers, etc., for dipping. You can also serve it with flatbread or baguette.
